Lake Las Vegas is 40 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. Lake Las Vegas is technically located in Henderson, Nevada, the next town closest to Las Vegas. The lake is man-made (just like Lake Mead!).

Where To Stay: Hilton Lake Las Vegas and The Westin Lake Las Vegas are the two hotels located at Lake Las Vegas. Both hotels are 4 star hotels.

Where To Eat: I highly recommend to go to One5 Lakeside, where they serve sushi. The service here was excellent, friendly, and quick. My favorite sushi roll was their Dragon Roll (first one pictured). The second sushi roll pictured is called “Naruto Seafood Roll”. Their spicy tuna roll was only slightly spicy (I am very sensitive to anything spicy). Click here to view One5’s menu. I love all of their rolls!

If you like Italian food, I recommend to go to Luna Rossa. They serve creme brulee (my all time favorite dessert!)

If you love cafes or want to grab something small, I recommend to go to Mrs. Coco. They offer smoothies, coffee, waffles, pastries, soups, salads, pasta, etc. Click here to view their menu. It is the cutest cafe I have EVER been to.
