Luggage Storage Solution at Disneyland: Jumbo Disneyland Lockers

When I was researching where I could store my luggage after my cruise, I was at a loss. Some hotels won’t take your luggage if you aren’t a guest there and I couldn’t find any decent articles on storing my luggage at Disneyland, other than the standard backpack lockers. I was going to the airport right after spending a day at Disney so I didn’t have many solutions. When I showed up to security with my luggage, the security check agent was originally confused and had to call over the manager to “approve” us going through with our luggage. The manager came by and said that wouldn’t be a problem at all, just to store our luggage in their jumbo lockers.

I had two bottles of wine in my suitcase and thankfully, they let me bring in my suitcase. There weren’t any issues because I didn’t drink it.

After going through security (which took a few minutes because they had to go through our bags thoroughly), we were directed to the jumbo lockers which are on the far left hand side on the “Disneyland side”. You have to go the picnic area/courtyard (where there are picnic benches and tables). The jumbo lockers were $15 for the entire day. You pay via credit card at the kiosk by the lockers, they assign you a locker, and you set up your password. The jumbo lockers held 2 carry on luggage’s plus two purses.

The lockers run deep, there was another small suitcase behind my blue suitcase.

Don’t confuse the jumbo lockers for the lockers that are in the main Disney area because those are regular backpack size and I was super confused trying to find the jumbo lockers. I have included a map to help you locate it and I hope this helps any of my fellow travelers looking for any large storage solutions at Disney.

The jumbo lockers are located at the picnic area which is located on the far left side, before the restrooms, regular sized lockers, and lost and found. 

I hope this post helped any one trying to get information on storing luggage at Disneyland because it took me an embarrassingly 45 minutes to locate the picnic area because it’s far off to the side. I thought the jumbo lockers were at the same location as the regular sized lockers.
